Online registration form for those, who want to be a part of the project “Support to EU Citizens in the Territory of the South Moravian Region”
Given the fact that a new legal framework for the protection of personal data in the European Union entered into force on 25 May 2018, namely the “General Data Protection Regulation” (abbreviated GDPR), I would like to ask you to grant consent to the processing of your personal data within the project of the Southern Moravian Region called “Support to EU Citizens in the Territory of the Southern Moravian Region, Podpora občanů EU v území JMK”.
The personal data provided by you will be processed by the administrator (Southern Moravian Region, Žerotínovo nám. 3, 601 82 Brno, identification No.: 70888337) in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation for the purpose of reviewing outputs and monitoring indicators within the framework of the project “Support to EU Citizens in the Territory of the Southern Moravian Region” which is financed from the budget of the Southern Moravian Region.
