Backstage Tour of the Mahen Theatre
We invite all interested, both young and old, to an exploration of the backstage of the Mahen Theatre. It’s not just a building; for example, did you know that it is the first European theatre lit by electric light? The plans were designed by Thomas Alva Edison himself! More historical facts and secrets are waiting for you during the tour of places usually hidden from the eyes of the general viewer.
The entire event will be in Czech, and it will be interpreted into English. We will meet 15 June at 12:50 in front of the service entrance of the theatre (Tram #1 stop, headed to Řečkovice), and we will spend together approximately 90 minutes.
