Informace o zpracování osobních údajů
Centrum pro cizince Jihomoravského kraje, z. ú., se sídlem Žerotínovo náměstí 449/3, Veveří, 602 00, IČO: 17456517, dále jen „Správce“, zpracovává osobní údaje v souladu s Nařízením Evropského parlamentu a Rady EU 2016/679 o ochraně fyzických osob v souvislosti se zpracováním osobních údajů a o volném pohybu těchto údajů a o zrušení směrnice 95/46/ES (obecné nařízení o ochraně osobních údajů), dále jen „Nařízení“. Se zpracováním údajů a osobních údajů dětí, pokud jsou uvedeny, uděluji svůj výslovný souhlas. Poskytnutí osobních údajů je dobrovolné. Souhlas lze vzít kdykoliv zpět. Osobní údaje budou použity výhradně pro účely poskytování integračních služeb v rámci činnosti Správce a jeho partnerských organizací spolupracujících na poskytování integračních služeb. Správce je oprávněn poskytnout osobní údaje kontrolním a dozorovým orgánům realizovaných projektů a dalším subjektům, které jsou povinny v rámci své činnosti s osobními údaji nakládat. Osobní údaje budou u Správce uchovány po dobu nezbytnou k naplnění projektů a po dobu jejich udržitelnosti. Subjekt údajů má v čl. 15 – čl. 21 Nařízení garantována svá práva, která může uplatňovat u Správce. Subjekt údajů má také právo podat stížnost u dozorového orgánu.

Information on the processing of personal data
Centrum pro cizince Jihomoravského kraje, z. ú. (The Centre for Foreigners of South Moravian Region / JMK Centre for Foreigners), registered office Žerotínovo náměstí 449/3, Veveří, 602 00, ID No: 17456517, hereinafter referred to as the "Controller", processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the EU Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation\“. I give my explicit consent to the processing of data and data of children if they are filled in. The provision of personal data is voluntary. Consent can be withdrawn at any time Personal data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of providing integration services within the activities of the Controller and its partner organizations cooperating in the provision of integration services. The Controller is entitled to provide personal data to the control and supervisory bodies of the implemented projects and to other entities that are obliged to handle personal data within the scope of their activities. The personal data will be kept by the Controller for the time necessary for the fulfilment of the projects and for the duration of their sustainability. The data subject has rights guaranteed in Articles 15 to 21 of the Regulation which he/she can enforce with the controller. The data subject also has the right to complain to the supervisory authority.
