We are sending you the last newsletter of 2023!
December is here and we are extremely happy for another year that we spent with you. This year was full of changes for us. The biggest change was the change of address and the associated moving and furnishing of the new premises in a way that will make us feel comfortable. What hasn’t changed, however, is our passion about our work and the professional approach to services that we provide.
We have endured much, and that is why we really appreciate each consultation, course, workshop or event that you experienced with us. We also want to thank our team of intercultural workers, methodologists, coordinators, but also the partners, and especially you, our clients. It was a wonderful year!

Creative Workshop for Children
Are your children looking forward to Christmas? Bring them to our workshop, where they will create an original 3D Christmas card and ornaments that will bring into your home the first reminder of the beautiful winter holidays.

Creative Workshop for Adults
Are you looking forward to Christmas as well? Come create a beautiful decorative tree that all your neighbors will be jealous of! Shops and households can have store-bought decorations, but to have a unique piece created just because of your creativity, that’s something rare.

Launch of the Multicultural Calendar
We cordially invite you to Café Práh on December 14, 2023, for the launch of our multicultural calendar with the motto: “You aren’t born a compatriot, you become one.” This idea connects our 2024 calendar with the campaign “Our compatriots” by the South Moravian Region and our Centre as part of the project Together in our region (Spolu v našem kraji). At the launch you will not only meet our employees, but also other guests; you will enjoy good food and drinks and you also might take our fun quiz. It’s all up to you.
Vacation
Christmas time also means time off. We will be closed from December 27, 2023 until January 1, 2024!
You can visit us right on January 2, 2024, when the doors of the Centre for Foreigners will open at 8 in the morning.
