During the lecture, we will guide you through the entire process of applying for a long-term residence permit for the purpose of family reunification, step by step. We will focus on what matters most:
- Eligibility requirements: Who can apply for the permit, which family members can be reunited, the basic legal requirements, and the most common reasons for application refusal.
- Application requirements: Which documents must be submitted, where and how to apply, deadlines, and practical tips for preparing your application.
- Rights and obligations after the permit is granted: What the permit entitles you to, obligations towards the authorities, and changes in family circumstances and how to report them.
The lecture will be interpreted into English.
