Musical Awakening: Workshop For Children

Musical Awakening is a series of music and movement workshops for children aged 3–6 led by Rihab Zouari, an Early Childhood Educator specialised in Musical Awakening and Art Mediation.

Through rhythm, movement, play, listening activities, and simple musical instruments, children will explore music in a joyful and engaging way. The workshops support creativity, communication, social interaction, motor skills, and confidence while encouraging children to learn and connect through shared musical experiences.

The workshops are particularly suitable for children from international and multilingual backgrounds, but all children within the age group are welcome. Music acts as a universal language, allowing children to participate regardless of their level of Czech or any other spoken language.

No previous musical experience is required.

About the Instructor

Rihab Zouari is an early childhood educator specializing in Musical Awakening and art mediation. Originally from Tunisia, she moved to Brno only recently. She is currently building on her previous professional experience and developing her own educational activities for children here.
