Log Data

Whenever you use our Service, in case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your Device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, Device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the request sent to the chatbot, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile Device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Types of Data Used but not Collected

Location Information

Your location information is not collected! While using Our Application, in order to provide features, Our Application requests information regarding your location. This information is used just inside your device. It is not collected or send anywhere.

You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.

Declaration on Accessibility

The Office of the South Moravian region, located at Žerotínovo náměstí 449/3, 601 82 Brno, BIN: 70888337 (hereinafter as the “Office”) undertakes to make its smart mobile phone application accessible in accordance with Directive (EU) No. 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016, on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies and Act No. 99/2019 Coll., on the availability of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies.

This declaration on accessibility applies to the South Moravia Smart Migration mobile application (hereinafter only as the “mobile application”).

According to Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/2048 of 20 December 2018 on the harmonized standard for websites and mobile applications, these webpages are created with regard to the following norms: EU harmonized standard EN 301 549 V2.1.2 (2018-08) Accessibility requirements for ICT products and services, International standard ISO 40500, Web content accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and the rules for accessibility according to Decree No. 64/2008 Coll., on accessibility.

Compliance Status

The mobile application is created pursuant to the basic principles of accessibility, which are perceivability, operability, understandability and stability. This is in accordance with the requirements on accessibility established by the relevant directives, laws and international standards, except for the following:

The colours of the foreground and background are not contrastive enough in some less important texts and areas due to strict processing in accordance with the currently valid manual of a unified visual style and/or because of the graphic resolution of individual parts of the application and the information obtained therein to increase intuitiveness.

Alternative manner of obtaining information

If the mobile application has information which is not or cannot be accessible, the Office offers an alternative manner of obtaining information in accordance with Section 7 paragraph 4 of Act No. 99/2019 Coll., on the availability of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies, on the alternative manner of obtaining information. It is possible to contact the administrator (via the e-mail below), who will try to convey the relevant information to the user in a suitable form.
