The beginning of 2025 is here and we cannot wait to see what the following days will bring us. At the Centre, you can look forward to language courses, but also other educational activities and events. We are still open five days a week, but we would like to remind you that Fridays are by appointment only.
January might be a cold month, but at the Centre you will always find kind staff with warm smiles on their faces.

Czech E-learning Courses for Non-EU Citizens
From January 6th to January 12th, you can register for Czech e-learning courses for levels A1.1, A1.2, B1.1, and B1.2. Clients from outside the EU and the EEA may sign up for these courses. The instruction language of the courses is mainly English. The more advanced the level, the more Czech there will be in the course. The courses will begin from January 27, 2025.

Grammar Courses for EU Citizens
From January 20 to January 26 you can register for Czech e-learning courses for EU and EEA citizens. The courses will range from levels A1.1, A1.2, A2.1, A2.2, A2.3, B1.1, and B1.3. Clients from the EU and EEA, as well as those with Czech citizenship can register for the courses. They will begin from February 12, 2025.

Expert Lectures: Maternity and Parental Leave
Are you interested in the Czech system of maternity and parental benefits? You can visit us on January 16 (interpreted into Ukrainian) or January 23 (interpreted into English) and attend a lecture where you will find out about monetary help in maternity, child allowance, or housing allowance.

Matky Exhibition
Mothers attending our Tykadla club, which took place last year, took unique photographs with lecturer and photographer Kateřina Kačírek Wiecková. They can be seen at the Matky exhibition in the foyer of the Regional Office of the South Moravian Region from January 14 until February 10, 2025.
