A Guide through a Lease Contract

Come and find out what a lease contract should contain, what to look out for, and what are your rights and obligations.
What you will find out:
- What terms you need to know in the rental relationship (advance payments, billing, deposit, termination of contract, etc.)
- What must be included in the contract and what is good to have
- What are the rights and obligations of tenants and landlords
- Practical tips that will save you worry and money
We will clearly explain what is often overlooked or what isn’t very clear.
The lecture (17:00 – 18:30) will take place in English and is for European Citizens. If the capacity is not reached, the lecture will also be open for non-EU citizens.
