Facilitating change of employment for foreigners in the state of emergency

Based on a resolution of the Government of the Czech Republic, holders of employee cards and blue cards can move quickly to another employer or another job position until the end of the state of emergency.  i.

1) Change of employer earlier than after 6 months

All holders of an employee card can change employer earlier than 6 months after the issuance of the first employee card in the state of emergency.
 

2) Starting a new job may be earlier

During a state of emergency can holders of an employee card and a blue card start working more quickly for an employer who is implementing or helping to implement crisis measures.

The simplified conditions apply not only to a change of employer but also to another job position.
